Charisma Starr has spent more than twenty five years in legal technology, eDiscovery, and AI strategy, including as Head of Legal Technology and eDiscovery at Exelon, a Fortune 89 company, as a founding member of Reveal, and as head of Kirkland & Ellis's Litigation Support department in Chicago. She has served on customer advisory boards for Microsoft, Relativity, and Exterro, and has spoken at more than seventy industry events on legal technology and the future of legal work.
She led the corporate-side working group on EDRM 2.0 for its first year, the first substantive update to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model* since it incorporated the Information Governance Reference Model, before stepping away to build an alternative from a different premise entirely.
